Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scenetech's platform and any reservation, payment, checkout, communication, or related services we make available. By accessing the platform or completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
Scenetech's Role
- Scenetech provides reservation software, booking tools, checkout flows, communications, and related technology services for nightlife venues.
- Scenetech is not the owner, operator, manager, employer, agent, partner, affiliate, or insurer of any venue listed on the platform.
- Each venue is an independent business and is solely responsible for its own operations, staff, admissions, service, pricing, minimum spend policies, table inventory, refunds, compliance, and conduct.
Venue Information and Changes
- Venue details presented through the platform, including availability, minimum spend, pricing, table descriptions, hours, admission rules, dress code, and special requirements, are provided by the venue or derived from venue-supplied settings.
- Scenetech does not guarantee that any venue-provided information is complete, accurate, current, or that a venue will honor, keep unchanged, or apply the same terms that were displayed at the time of booking.
- If a venue changes its minimum spend, pricing, table terms, entry policy, or other conditions before or after your reservation, that issue is between you and the venue. Scenetech is not responsible for venue changes, discrepancies, substitutions, or failures to honor venue-stated terms.
- Scenetech may preserve booking records for operational, support, fraud, or dispute purposes, but doing so does not make Scenetech responsible for venue performance or venue-side decisions.
Reservations, Fees, and Separate Charges
- A reservation fee may be required at checkout to secure a booking. Unless expressly stated otherwise, that fee secures reservation access only and is not applied toward your venue tab, food, drinks, bottle service, gratuity, taxes, or minimum spend.
- Reservation fees, venue tabs, minimum spend charges, preauthorizations, gratuities, taxes, and other venue-side charges are separate obligations and may appear as separate transactions.
- Upon arrival, a venue may place a temporary preauthorization on your card or require additional payment for minimum spend or other venue charges. Scenetech is not responsible for venue-side charges, preauthorizations, adjustments, or billing practices.
- Final payment for venue services and charges must be completed with the venue under the venue's own policies.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Venue Issues
- Unless required by applicable law, reservation fees are final and non-refundable.
- Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, denied entry, dress code issues, age or ID issues, venue overbooking, venue policy changes, staff conduct, service complaints, or dissatisfaction with the venue do not automatically entitle you to any refund from Scenetech.
- Any refund, credit, accommodation, or exception relating to a venue issue is solely at the venue's discretion unless Scenetech expressly chooses otherwise. Any voluntary assistance by Scenetech does not create an ongoing obligation to provide refunds, credits, or compensation in similar situations.
Age & Entry Requirements
- All guests must be at least 21 years old and present valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.
- Venues may impose their own entry requirements, dress code rules, timing requirements, bag policies, conduct rules, or other house policies in addition to age and ID requirements.
- Failure to meet venue requirements, or a venue's decision to deny entry, does not create liability for Scenetech.
User Conduct and Venue Policies
- You are responsible for your conduct, your guests, and compliance with all venue rules and applicable laws.
- Venues may refuse entry, remove guests, cancel tables, or impose additional conditions based on their own policies and discretion.
- Scenetech may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the service, engaged in fraud, abused chargebacks, harassed staff, or created legal or reputational risk.
Release Regarding Venues
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Scenetech and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to any venue act or omission.
- This release includes, without limitation, disputes involving venue pricing, minimum spend changes, denied entry, venue cancellations, substitutions, overbooking, service quality, staff conduct, food or beverage issues, injuries, property loss, security incidents, and venue-side charges.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- If you complete a reservation, Scenetech may rely on booking records, checkout logs, confirmation records, communication history, device information, IP data, and related transaction evidence to respond to payment disputes or chargebacks.
- Reservation fees and venue-side charges serve different purposes and are not duplicate charges solely because they relate to the same reservation.
- Scenetech may contest chargebacks or disputes that are inconsistent with these Terms or the booking records.
Communications and Electronic Acceptance
- You agree that checking a box, clicking to continue, submitting a reservation, or otherwise using the platform can constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms and related disclosures.
- Scenetech may send booking confirmations, reminders, support messages, transactional emails, or SMS communications using the contact information you provide.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The platform, all venue listings, and all reservation-related information are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Scenetech disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Scenetech does not warrant that venue information will be accurate, that venues will honor listed terms, or that any reservation will proceed exactly as expected.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenetech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or reputation.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenetech will not be liable for claims arising from venue conduct, venue policy changes, denied entry, venue-side charges, personal injury, property damage, or losses occurring at or relating to a venue.
- If Scenetech is found liable to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or a reservation, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid through the platform for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scenetech and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, your conduct at a venue, your guests, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Force Majeure
- Scenetech is not liable for delays, disruptions, reservation issues, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue closures, weather, transportation issues, power or network outages, labor disputes, public health events, government action, payment processor outages, or law enforcement activity.
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply to future use of the platform after posting or other notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to a completed reservation unless applicable law permits it and notice is provided where required.
