Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created during reservations and payments, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and support the platform.
- Information you submit: such as your name, email address, phone number, venue name, party size, reservation notes, and any message you send through our reservation, inquiry, or support forms.
- Reservation details: such as the venue, date, table, layout, amount paid, promo code, minimum spend information shown at booking, reservation status, and related booking records.
- Payment and transaction information: such as payment status, payment intent or transaction identifiers, receipt information, and booking-related payment metadata. We do not store full card numbers or full card security codes on our servers.
- Technical and device information: such as IP address, browser or device information, user agent, timestamps, and related request or security logs, especially in connection with checkout, fraud prevention, support, and dispute handling.
- Admin and support information: if you use admin tools or submit a bug report, we may collect your authenticated account email, the venue or bar you are associated with, the page URL involved, your bug report contents, and related support context.
How We Use Information
- Provide, confirm, update, and administer reservations and related customer support.
- Process payments and payment-related workflows through our payment providers.
- Send transactional emails such as confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and support responses.
- Route reservation information to the selected venue so the venue can prepare for and manage the booking.
- Authenticate admin users, maintain sessions, and operate venue/admin tools.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized access, and other misuse.
- Review bugs, improve reliability, and maintain platform performance and security.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and business records.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the platform, fulfill reservations, and protect our business and users.
- With venues: we share booking information with the venue connected to your reservation, including details such as your name, contact information, reservation date, table, party size, notes, and related reservation status information.
- With service providers: we use third-party vendors to help run the platform, including Supabase for database/authentication infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional and support email delivery.
- With venue/admin users: authenticated venue staff may access customer and reservation information through our admin tools to manage bookings, refunds, cancellations, and support.
- For legal, security, and dispute purposes: we may share information if required by law, subpoena, court order, payment dispute, fraud investigation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect users, venues, service providers, or Scenetech.
- Business transfers: we may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the reservation flow, payment records may be created in connection with a venue's connected payment account. We receive booking and payment status information needed to operate the reservation, but we do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies primarily for authentication, session management, security, and basic site preferences. For example, we use session-related technologies to keep admin users signed in and to support core platform functionality.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking necessary cookies may affect login, reservation, or admin-related functionality.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, maintain reservation and accounting records, respond to support issues, prevent fraud, handle disputes and chargebacks, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
- Reservation and payment-related records may be retained for business, accounting, and dispute purposes.
- Inquiry and support messages may be retained to respond to you and maintain business records.
- Admin account and session-related records may be retained while the account remains active and as needed for security or audit purposes.
- We may retain information longer where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to protect Scenetech, venues, or users.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures include access controls, authenticated admin access, vendor-managed security features, and operational controls appropriate to the nature of the data we process.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing.

Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children, and our reservation flows are intended for adult nightlife reservations. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
